Executive Benefits Case Design Consultant

American Financial Systems, Inc., a leader in the nonqualified benefits industry, is looking to hire an experienced case design consultant. This individual will provide executive benefits wholesalers with support in the areas of case consultation, benefit plan design, sales illustrations and presentation packaging.

Duties Include:

• Consult on case with producer to determine the plan that fits the client
• Run illustrations
• Prepare presentations
• Explain the presentation to the wholesaler
• Track the status of sales and report to management
• Work with the plan implementation team on the plan set-up

Experience:

• Working knowledge of life insurance sales illustration systems, experience with AFS systems is a plus.
• 5+ Years in the insurance or benefits business
• 2+ Years in the NQ or COLI/BOLI business

Skills:

• Background in finance or financial analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Skilled at using the MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of NQ Benefit plans and Section 409A

Education:     

• Bachelor's degree
• Masters in Business or Advanced Certification – CLU, CFP, CPA desirable
