Megan
Roschen has led the project team that developed the Deferral.com
website, and continues to oversee its ongoing operations as
large financial institutions, nationally-prominent third party
administrators and direct plan administrators implement share-based
deferral plans on the site. Megan has substantial experience
in plan administration software, having been actively involved
in the Deferral Tracking System™, the desktop-based predecessor
to the Deferral.com technology. Prior to joining AFS, Megan
worked as a senior non-qualified benefit plan administrator
for more than a decade with two premier firms in the U.S.
supplemental benefits market.
