July 1st,
2007 - Deferral.com recently announced a revised pricing
schedule for its online nonqualified deferral plan administration
system. The company has moved to an annual fee which trails off
to a mere $28 per participant.
"This pricing provides an attractive solution for virtually
any deferral plan. Deferral.com can easily accommodate small,
highly customized plans as well as large corporate mirror and
wrap-around arrangements," says AFS Chairman and Founder
Dan Johnson.
The company
will continue to employ
a "pay as you load" approach, so that
clients are not forced to make a financial commitment beyond their
actual system needs.
Annual
Fees
The annual
per participant
fee for each plan will be $180 for the first 10
participants,
$120 for participants 11-20, $60 for participants 21-30 and $28
for all participants beyond the first 30.
| First 10 Participants |

Recent improvements
in operations and
cost
structure as well as system automation
have allowed Deferral.com to improve efficiency and implement
this dramatic reduction in fees.
Initial
Training Fees
New clients
will be charged a one-time training fee of $2,500. After the
initial training,
most users
will be able to load their own plans;
the
only ongoing fees will be
the annual per
participant charges.
"Our
goal is to empower our users to manage and control their plans
on our system," says Senior Vice President Megan Roschen.
Supplemental
Support and
System Customization
Deferral.com will continue to offer
supplemental back office support,
including historical data load and system
customization, to clients who need these
services. Charges for this optional support
will be on an hourly basis.
