Administration Functionality
The Anniversary Report
One of the biggest components of inforce plan administration is
the need to create a variety of summary-level reports for multi-life
plan administrators. The AFS Master System addresses this need with
its powerful Anniversary Report, which allows you to create customized
summary reports.
The Anniversary
Report provides a single line summary of insurance and/or benefit
information for each participant in the plan. More importantly,
you have complete control over the information as well as the plan
year you would like to summarize. The Anniversary Report uses not
only all of the available columns for Individual and Composite Reports,
but also has additional report-specific columns. The format of this
report is extremely flexible. Selecting from the full range of columns
allows you to customize the summary as it suits the reporting needs
of your client. For instance, you can design a listing of all the
premium information to provide a 'list bill' summary for the upcoming
year. Another option is a PS58 Report, which discloses the imputed
income on a Split Dollar plan. You could also design this report
to provide a summary of benefit information for each participant,
including accruals and earnings.
