The AFS Master System Provides Meaningful Reports for Agents and Their Clients

The AFS Master System offers complete control over presentation quality. Scores of design options allow the creation of templates from any of the AFS-designed packages in Word for Windows, or the simple selection of columnar reports in the report design window. Word for Windows can also be used to develop customized presentation materials using data automatically linked from the AFS Master System. Sharp color graphics capabilities and a selection of proportional fonts assure truly polished presentations. Among the automatically generated reports are:

• Individual Executive Reports - A wide range of reports on any individual on a given run
• Composite Reports - An equally wide range of composite reports on a given run
• Assumption Page and Report - Lists all assumptions made in the illustration
• Census and Benefit Report - Provides selected census information and a summary of insurance and benefit information for each plan participant and calculates group totals when applicable
• New Business Reports - Automatically uploads census data and policy information to the home office, feeding new business and policy administration systems
• Output to Access and Excel - Sends output directly to database tables and worksheets for further processing and formatting without having to parse and reformat ASCII text files
